My Day is a worldwide grassroots effort to reduce stress and improve heart health. You can take part by dedicating one day (or at least part of a day) to yourself – and your heart – by doing only things you wish to do.
My Day officially kicks off June 21 but it runs for the entire year. Participants are encouraged to set aside time for themselves to do only the things they love and also to share their stories of how they spend My Day on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.
My Day is your day to do as you wish. It’s a one-day vacation from the stresses of your daily life, if you will. No work, no errands, no obligations.
Take Part in My Day
To take part in My Day, visit the My Day Facebook Page and sign up to attend the event on Facebook. It’s ok if you’re signing up after June 21. My Day runs all year long. It’s about taking time to focus on your life and your happiness. It’s ok if your My Day falls on June 22, September 6, January 20 or any other day of the year!
