Do you feel like your life is sometimes beyond your control? If so, you are probably noticing the strain of trying to balance too many competing priorities.

Balance is the type of thing that people often feel “sounds good in theory” but is hard to apply in real life. This is not true! You can achieve your own version of balance which will work for your life.
