Life Coaching Services

Coaching can serve a variety of purposes for different individuals. A coach can help you change jobs, reduce stress, increase free time, increase personal productivity, reach goals, uncover your life's purpose, and re-design your life around what makes you happiest. Coaching is done over the phone in weekly 45 minute sessions following an initial two-hour starter session, part of the New Direction Discovery Program.

There are frequently email exchanges between the weekly sessions for questions, updates, and progress reports on projects and assignments.

Your first call is always free of charge so if you have never worked with a coach you can get a sense of what coaching is like and decide if it feels right for you.

Career and business coaching are tax deductible expenses. You will receive an email receipt each month. It is recommended that you retain these receipts for your tax records.

VIP Coaching is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation, Coach University, Corporate Coach University Inc., the Chamber of Commerce, and the Women in Business Connection.

Getting Through Tough Times

Success coach Jim Rohrbach says "High achievers know it's critical to maintain a positive mental outlook, no matter what's going on around them." He recommends these 7 ideas:

  1. Develop a mission statement to give you a clear sense of purpose. Review it when you're down.
  2. Use affirmations--or the repetition of positive statements--daily. To become a legend in your own time, you must become a legend in your own mind.
  3. Set goals and hold yourself accountable to them. You won't achieve success by coasting.
  4. Visualize your next big achievement.
  5. Replace negative input with positive mental input. Turn off the TV, read success books, attend skill-building seminars, get a coach!
  6. Exercise. You'll look and feel better.
  7. Get a positive support group. Start hanging out with high achievers. It will rub off.
